Well its that time of year again....another cleaning and yes I am the crazy mom that brings the camera and takes the pictures EVERY time we go to the dentist. This time I got the lecture on the flossing. But its so hard to hold a 2 yr old down and floss, its just not the easiest thing to do. Oh well...the dentists office was cool and we got to play games and of course since I was taking pictures miss Makenzie pie had to take one of me. Hate angles up...but got to love her heart. The whole time she was worried about what she was missing in school, if only she really knew HOW LONG she has to attend school for...FOREVER she was enjoy a few hours off for a teeth cleaning, fluoride treatment, no eating or drinking for 30 minutes!
I had a hard hit realization today that brought tears to my eyes, I NEVER get any time with Makenzie. We wake up (which she is my sleeper, so its like waking a snail up) get ready, feed them, drive to school, pick her up, gymnastics some days etc etc, then by the time we get home, she gets her home work done, we have dinner, they play outside for a little bit or games inside, take bathes/showers, read books/bible stories together and bed at 8. That is the night. I have literally NO real time with Makenzie. It breaks me so HARD...I HATE IT...sad sad
Logan goes to preschool a few days a week by choice of ME, just to interact with other kids and NOW with the whole withdrawal issue I am having from Makenzie this year, I want to keep him home more than I do now. They grow up to fast, the days go by so fast, I cant believe its already October and Christmas is right around the corner. My life is flying by and its actually sad. Don't you remember wishing and dreaming as a kids "please please I want to get older, drive a car, move out, get married" now I want time to SLOW DOWN! I want more time with the kids I want more time with JON I want to weekends to double. Please GOD let me enjoy my life SLOWLY....I don't want it to pass me by!!!
